What bowl/plate do I use with my Magic Pen Bundle?

While any bowl or plate will do, we offer Kiddos Plates at a special rate once you've made a purchase.

What type of water do I use?

Any water works, but room temperature is ideal.

Is the Magic Bundle safe for my kids?

Of course! All our products are BPA-free and crafted using non-toxic ink and materials.

What age is the Magic Bundle suitable for?

It's ideal for children aged 2 and up.

Where is my order being shipped from?

Our items originate and ship from various global locations, including the US, Russia, Europe, and Asia. This global approach helps us maintain competitive prices while upholding top-notch quality standards.

My order has not arrived, I think it's lost?

If you suspect your order is delayed or misplaced, please reach out to us, and we'll promptly assist you.

What happens if no one is home when my order is being delivered?

The package can be received by anyone at the address. Typically, the postal worker will either place the package at your doorstep, in your mailbox, or leave a notice for collection if no one's available. In such cases, your package can be retrieved from your local post office.

Order Changes

I need to change my order, what do I do?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please let us know right away through our Contact page. Regrettably, once an order begins processing, changes or cancellations aren't feasible.

Emails & Notifications

Will I receive a confirmation email of my order and product(s) shipped?

Upon order placement, you'll receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be available 1-3 days post your order.

I placed an order but I didn't get a confirmation email... What do I do?

Please ensure your email address is accurate when ordering. If you don't receive a confirmation, check your SPAM folder. If it's missing there too, please get in touch via our Contact form.
